Aloha Peace Concert:
The World Is Ours to Change
In commemoration of the first
anniversary of September 11, ICAP members and artists paid tribute
to the casualties of all wars in the 20th century at the Arizona Memorial
-- Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on September 13, 2002.
ICAP presented the "Aloha Peace Concert --
The World Is Ours to Change: at the Neill Blaisdell Concert Hall
on September 14.

ICAP convened a Community Peace Forum, "Fostering
a Culture of Peace on September 15, with keynote speakers:
Dr. Arun Gandhi,
grandson of Mahatma Gandhi and founder of the M.K. Gandhi Institute
Dr. Lawrence E. Carter,
Sr., Dean of the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel of
Morehouse College

Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter perform.
